Why use a property stylist?
The answer is simple, it generates more money for the sale of the property!
Property styling is such an effective technique in helping potential buyers to visualise your property as their new place to call home!
It's a fantastic tactic in aiding a fast and powerful emotional attachment to the property as buyers will quickly begin to envision their items and belongings where we have placed our furnishings when styling, facilitating their desire to own the property.
How do we get started?
The first step would be of course reaching out to discuss the property and your needs for styling, we will then issue you with a quote. Upon proceeding with the quote, payment is required to be made at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled installation date.
Should you require additional time for the furniture to remain in your property, this will be billed weekly to ensure a smooth process for you.
Payments are accepted by direct bank transfer, with all details supplied to you upon receiving your invoice.
How does it all work?
We understand selling a property and preparing your home for sale can be a stressful time, that's why we're focused on delivering a smooth and simple service to assist in achieving the best outcome for your sale.
The first step is getting in contact with us, we'll come and view the property and discuss your requirements and desired results and set up a styling plan to have it ready for sale.
Before our installation day, you will need to ensure your home is empty with near to all items removed, should you need assistance in doing so we have a list of removalists and storage companies who may be able to assist you too.
The furniture pieces and decor accessories will remain in the property for 6 weeks (unless the property is sold prior).
What style of furniture do you use?
It really doesn't matter which furniture style you like or what we personally prefer, at the end of the day our target is your home buyer, so we'll style the property for them. This might mean we style using classic contemporary, modern or minimalist furniture and decor to create beautiful spaces.
What are the costs?
Essentially the price depends on the size of your home. Our prices start from $1,800 making it an affordable tailored service, to ensure you're able to present your home to the best standard for your campaign.

What does the campaign period mean?
The campaign period is the amount of weeks our styling furniture will be kept in your property for.
This typically begins once your professional photographer has completed their photoshoot for your sales agent.
Essentially, most real estate campaigns run between 4-5 weeks.
